We spent the holiday making and flying kites
Naomi and Jeffrey used the 5 minute construction paper model. It actually worked very well! Just right for a 3-year-old!
Jeffrey couldn't quite fly his kite but he wouldn't allow anyone to help him so he just walked his kite.
Keith, Jessie and Caroline spent most of the morning making kites. They had a lot of fun planning and building them. Flying wasn't quite as successful. The wind was a bit too strong. Any way, we ended up with a lot of fun and a lot of cold wind!

This activity brings back memories of kite flying days probably before Taffy was born. When Saturdays were filled with family activities after the chores were done. Great Pictures! SPH-1
Sure looks fun! I also have childhood memories of flying a chinese dragon kite with a super super long tail. We would fly it on vacation at the beach every year!! Kites are so fun.
